- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

3. Services
Metode Infinity may provide products and services as described on the Website, invoices, order confirmations, commercial agreements, or other written communications issued by the Company.
Service descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and applicable conditions may be changed from time to time.
The Company reserves the right to:
- modify or discontinue any Service;
- refuse or cancel an order where legally permissible;
- impose transaction or usage limits;
- conduct verification or compliance checks;
- suspend transactions where suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.
4. Orders and Transactions
A Transaction is considered accepted when the Company confirms the order, issues an invoice, confirms payment, or otherwise accepts the Transaction.
The Company may request additional information or documentation before completing a Transaction.
Such information may include:
- identity information;
- company information;
- billing information;
- payment information;
- transaction documentation;
- proof of authorization;
- information required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
The Company may decline or suspend a Transaction if the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious, or cannot reasonably be verified.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
The Customer is responsible for:
- the applicable purchase price;
- applicable taxes;
- payment processing charges, where applicable;
- bank or intermediary fees;
- currency conversion charges;
- other charges expressly disclosed before completion of the Transaction.
Payment must be made using an authorized payment method supported by the Company.
A Transaction is not considered paid until the Company or its designated payment processor has confirmed receipt of the applicable funds.
6. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company or required by applicable law, payments made for Products or Services are non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully processed, the Customer may not request a refund merely because the Customer:
- changes their mind;
- no longer requires the Service;
- fails to use the Service;
- fails to attend or participate in a scheduled Service;
- provides incorrect information;
- experiences circumstances unrelated to the Company's failure to provide the agreed Service;
- purchases the wrong product or Service;
- decides to discontinue use after payment.
Where a Service has already commenced, been delivered, activated, processed, reserved, customized, or otherwise performed, the payment is considered earned and is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or refund entitlement that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, such mandatory rights will apply.
7. Cancellation
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, cancellation requests do not automatically create a right to a refund.
The Company may, at its sole discretion and where legally permissible, approve a cancellation or commercial adjustment.
Any approved cancellation or refund may be subject to:
- administrative fees;
- payment processing fees;
- third-party charges;
- costs already incurred;
- amounts already earned or delivered.
Any exception to this policy must be expressly confirmed by the Company in writing.
8. Chargeback Policy
The Customer agrees to contact Metode Infinity first to resolve any billing or transaction-related concern before initiating a chargeback through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
A chargeback initiated without first providing the Company with a reasonable opportunity to resolve a legitimate billing dispute may be treated as an unauthorized or improper dispute where supported by the applicable facts and rules.
The Company reserves the right to submit relevant transaction documentation to the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, issuing bank, or other authorized party in response to a chargeback.
Such documentation may include:
- invoices;
- transaction records;
- order confirmations;
- payment confirmations;
- customer communications;
- service delivery records;
- IP or device information where lawfully collected;
- authentication records;
- terms accepted by the Customer;
- proof of authorization;
- other evidence relevant to the Transaction.
The Company does not waive any rights available under applicable payment network rules, contractual agreements, or applicable law.
9. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions
The Company maintains reasonable controls designed to identify potentially fraudulent or unauthorized Transactions.
Where a Transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable risk controls, the Company may:
- delay processing;
- request additional verification;
- suspend or cancel the Transaction;
- restrict access to an account;
- request identity or transaction documentation;
- report the activity to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, authority, or other authorized entity where appropriate.
The Company does not guarantee that all fraudulent activity can be detected or prevented.
10. Payment Authentication
Where supported by the applicable payment method, Transactions may use additional authentication or verification mechanisms, including:
- 3-D Secure;
- one-time passwords (“OTP”);
- authentication through the card issuer;
- biometric authentication;
- device authentication;
- transaction verification;
- other security mechanisms provided by payment networks or financial institutions.
Completion of an authentication process may be recorded as part of the Transaction documentation.
Authentication does not prevent a Customer from exercising any mandatory rights available under applicable law or applicable payment network rules.

Any dispute shall be handled by the competent court or dispute resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
